Merlin Harris from Youngstown says he’s “still in shock” after winning the second-top EXTRA prize on the Sept. 16 LOTTO MAX draw!
“I was sitting in the garage with my dog when I decided to check my tickets. I checked them and thought it was $1000, so I got my wife to check it too.
That’s when we realized we won $100,000!” he explained while claiming his prize.
Harris has a few ideas for what he will do with his recent windfall.
“I’m going to get a new car, pay some bills then maybe take a trip to the Dominican.”
“It feels awesome, I’m still in shock!” he added.
