Youngstown council requesting to open hall to community members

Written by Cheryl Bowman

Council decided to make a request to have the community hall open to community members for when the weather is treacherous . The decision was made during the regular meeting on Tues. Jan 17.

“We have a few residents that like to walk daily but are unable to due to the treacherous conditions outside.

The hall isn’t just for residents but also the farm families surrounding us,” said Municipal Administrator Emma Garlock.

The facility will be available for use at a cost of $2 per individual.
