Annette Williams of Hanna, Ab. and formerly of Youngstown, Ab. peacefully passed away on Dec. 30, 2016 at the Hanna Hospital with her family by her side.
Annette Williams was born on Sept. 5, 1916 to Edward and Etta Bignell.  Along with her six sisters and three brothers, she was raised on the farm near Youngstown.
On Nov. 3, 1938 Annette marreid Edward (Ned) Williams.  They were blessed with four children: Dennis, Norma, Margaret and Dylis.
Annette resided in Youngstown until moving to the Hanna Lodge.
Annette was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Etta Bignell; her husband, Edward; her daughter, Norma; eight of her sisters and brothers; and a great-grandson, Devon.
She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory: a son, Dennis of Youngstown, two daughters Margaret Wilson (Ross) of Olds and Dylis Ward (Jim) of Jenner; a brother Eddie Bignell of Youngstown; seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nices and nephews.
Internment took place on Thurs. Jan. 5, 2017 at Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Calgary.  A celebration of life took place at the Youngstown Hall on Sat. Jan. 14, 2017 at 2 p.m.
