Wainwright RCMP, Wainwright Fire Department, Edgerton Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Aug. 13, 2021, shortly after 4 p.m.
Preliminary investigation reveals the pick-up truck was travelling westbound on Township Road 444 near the intersection with Range Road 3-5, east of Wainwright when it went off the road and rolled.
The lone 16-year-old female driver was declared deceased on scene.
Alberta RCMP Collision Analyst was engaged and attended. Wainwright RCMP investigation is ongoing.
