Dear Editor,
We think it is time for an update to the citizens of Alix, Ab. who signed the petitions in good faith.
Please keep in mind, the office of the Municipal Affairs is extremely busy with many petitions from similar municipalities and counties.
We are still waiting to hear from them and it could be a very slow process.
Our concerns have not changed, and we are still anticipating to hear recommendations from their office.
Keep a good train of thought, the process is going through and please be patient until Municipal Affairs gets their investigation completed. We will keep you informed of any new development. Thank you to all.
