The Three Hills Thrashers board of directors have decided they will have some new personnel behind the bench for next season and are beginning the search for a new head coach.

After 11 seasons with the Thrashers, two as an assistant coach and nine years as Head Coach, Ian Hall will not be returning as the team’s bench boss next season.

According to Board Chair Landis Stankievech, “Ian has been tireless in his efforts and kept the team competitive for many years. Volunteers like that are hard to come by. This decision was not made lightly but we feel it is necessary for the team to move ahead in the years to come.”

Applications for the Head Coaching position with the Three Hills Thrashers Jr B Hockey Club can be sent via email to thrashersmanager@gmail.com.

Coach Hall was behind the bench along with his assistants for the remaining games this season.
