Stettler Women’s Hockey news

Rescore Enterprises Storm looked to avenge their loss from earlier this month when the Provost Blades came to town on Sunday, December 22.
Stettler opened the scoring early in the first period with a goal scored by Miranda Storch assisted by Kierra Scollo and Kelsie Litke.  Both goalies were tested as the teams skated hard in end to end action.
The second  period there was no scoring but both goalies were once again tested.
The third period Stettler had a one goal lead and with time winding down found themselves shorthanded. Provost pulled their goalie giving them a six on four power play. Stettler’s penalty killers were phenomenal and the game ended 1 – 0.
Lindsey McKinnon had  the shut out stopping all 28 shots she faced.
