The Stettler Airport celebrated 50 years in service by serving approximately 300 meals despite poor weather conditions.

People who attended witnessed six individual aircraft land at the airport. “It was good all things considered you know,” said Stettler Flying Club president Cam Andres. “The numbers were way down in attendance but the town really did well and  came through showing their support.”
