Coronation 4-H Beef Club started off their 2016-17 year with a re-organizational meeting on October 23, 2016 with 16 members joining.
We elected Dionne Elliott as the club leader again this year. The other executive for the year are:  President – Kyla Duncan, Vice President – Rayanna Ramsay, Secretary – Sydney Elliott, Treasurer – Koryn Duncan, Club Reporter – Layton Perry, Historian – Caleb Carfantan, Parlimentarian – Payton Elliott and our District Representative will be Karly Ramsay.
We voted to have are weigh in on Nov. 4 at Perry Farms.
Our next meeting was held on November 24 where we decided to have everyone to bring a gift to donate to the food bank instead of a gift exchange at our Christmas party.
We also worked on our yearly diaries. These diaries keep track of the things we did in the past year to gain points towards Awards of Excellence.
The December meeting was on Dec. 18 where we had a pot-luck supper and played games for our Christmas party.  We also brought our gifts for the food bank and voted to donate $250 to the Coronation School and $500 to the Coronation Food Bank.
In January all of our members have a lot of work to do on our communication projects and with our steers and heifers.
