Sieppert, Judith: Lots of hugs, kisses and cookies

It is with much sadness that the family announces the passing of their wife and mother, Judith Irene (Galarneau) Sieppert on May 3, 2016 at the age of 67 years.

Judith was born Sept. 2, 1948 in Bassano, Ab.  She married Raymond Sieppert April 15, 1966 in Hanna, Ab.

Judy is survived by a loving family and will be forever missed by her husband Raymond, children Michele (Brad) Rae, Sandy (Kelly) Creasy and Deanne (Mike) Alberts.

Judy  is lovingly remembered  by seven grandchildren,  Jamie, Tyrel, Stone, Gina Alberts, Garrett, Cassidy Creasy and Shane Olesen.  She is also survived by brothers Jim, Doug, Richard and Bill; sister Marg Campbell; aunts Iris Penner, Margaret Cavanah and Gwen Galarneau as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, Maxwell and Irene Galarneau.

Judy will be remembered as a very family-oriented person. Her husband, children and grandchildren were very important to her. She was known as Grammy to her grandchildren and always had lots of hugs, kisses and cookies for them. She enjoyed going to dances and community events and could always be counted on to lend a helping hand.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Handhills Community Hall.
