Talbot Sharp Edges 4-H Club had a great year.
First, we made a little scrapbook page for our 4-H binder.
At Christmas, we made wooden Christmas signs and decorated cookies.
The club held an international cooking day. My favourite was the beef samosas. They were yummy!
We did public speaking and a judging workshop followed by a pizza-making day.
The pizza was great.
We had a paint night and painted rainbow trees.
Our club also had a table at the Spring Market and sold baking. We all took a turn working the table.
Our community service was helping Communities in Bloom clean up around town.
Our last project was a field trip to Howe’s Greenhouse, where we went to plant our own plant pot. I was able to watch it grow all summer.
Our Club was lucky enough to go to the Cooking Room in Red Deer where we made and decorated cupcakes.
I can’t wait to see what fun things we get to do this year in 2019-2020.
So let your kids join the Talbot Sharp Edges 4-H Club!
