Alan Parkin has been hired as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Three Hills.
Parkin’s appointment will commence Aug. 26, 2019.
For over 18 years, Parkin worked at the City of Lloydminster as a director in various roles within public works, recreation and parks and culture.
Following his time with Lloydminster, he held the position of CAO in Hardisty, Grande Cache and, most recently, Wheatland County.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, specializing in management, human resources, strategic planning, engineering, finance, recreation, emergency management and land use planning.
Parkin’s extensive municipal background that will be a great asset to the organization and the Municipality.
Ron Leaf acted in the role of CAO in the interim.
