January 29, 1946 – April 28, 2018
Our beloved Marilyn passed away April 28, 2018, in Airdrie.
Her memory will always be treasured by her devoted daughter Katie Churton (Tim), grand-daughter Tiffany, sisters Carole Nelson (Lawrence) and Lynne Tilley (Jim), and nephews Gary and Dave Nelson.
She was predeceased by her husband John Murphy and granddaughter Ally.
Marilyn was a super wife and mother, a very doting granny, an excellent nurse, the most “fun and crazy” aunt, an always-there-for-you sister and a very independent, amazingly brave person.
We will always remember her laughter, her nutty jokes, her loving compassion and her ability to get in and out of the weirdest scrapes.
She was special, unique and inspirational. We will really miss her.
A celebration of life was held on Mon., May 7 at Crossfield.
