Male and female charged for possession of stolen truck and ATV

Three Hills RCMP was dispatched to a suspicious truck and ATV parked in Delburne on July 19, 2023 at 11:45 p.m.

The investigation revealed the truck, a Ford F550 and Yamaha ATV were both reported stolen out of Consort.

A male and female were placed under arrest and taken into custody. The female was found in possession of cocaine and crystal methamphetamine.

Jacob Vincent, (26), a resident of Sylvan Lake, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and five counts of failing to comply with release orders.

After a Judicial Interim Hearing, Vincent was ordered to be held in custody until his appearance at the Alberta Court of Justice in Drumheller on July 21, 2023.

Regarding the case of a female resident from Sylvan Lake, charges are pending. As no formal information has been sworn before the court, the individual’s name cannot be disclosed at this moment.
