Last of winter (hopefully) for east central region

Last kick at winter (hopefully) saw a blizzard blow in with high winds and snow throughout the wee hours of Monday, March 28. What snow there was, piled up in trees and yards including Janet Zimmer’s driveway in Coronation, leaving the prairie mainly bare and dry. Most of east central Alberta had power outages which kept crews busy in the high winds throughout Monday. Winds and blowing snow finally abated at supper time Monday evening. ECA Review/J.Webster
