Langille, Lyman Lester “Les”

Les is survived by his loving family: wife Donna Langille of Stettler, Ab.; daughters Laurel Langille of Alix, Ab. and Christa Langille (Kevin Fisher) of Stettler; granddaughters: Brooklyn Brown of Calgary, Ab, Delaney Armstrong (Richard Moisan) of Stettler and Natalie Armstrong of Stettler; sisters: Jean Swallow of Nova Scotia, Audrey (Jack) McFadden of Ontario, Marilyn Sabean and Sharon (Ross) Burns, both of Nova Scotia; sisters and brothers-in-law: Bernice Wells of Stettler, George Smith (Myrna) of Bowden, Ab, Patsy Lattery (Ray) of Stettler, Lyle (Betty) Smith of Stettler and Gordon (Brenda) Smith of Stettler; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Les was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Virginia Langille; parents-in-law Chester Smith and Betty Johnson; brothers-in-law: Harvey Swallow, Wendall Sabean and Jim Lattery.
A celebration of Les’ life was held on Tues. Jan. 9, 2018 at the Stettler Funeral Home, Stettler with long time friends Kerry and Dora Grettum leading the service. A time of fellowship followed at the Royal Canadian Legion. Les will be laid to rest in Bass River, Nova Scotia at a later date.
