Laura May Kary was born on April 6, 1938 in Consort, Ab.  and passed away surrounded by her loving family at Red Deer Regional Hospital, Red Deer on July 14 at the age of 78.

Laura is survived by her husband Herb Kary of Coronation; children: Clifford (Gail) Kary of Red Deer, Wendy (Blake) Torney of Coronation and Tammy (Kelly) Marquart of Coronation; grandchildren Karlee Marquart and Ryan Marquart; step grandchildren: Russel (Donna) Miller, David (Kellie) Miller and Denise (Andrew) Sisson; great grandchildren Ryliegh Miller, Cole Sisson and Taylor Sisson; brother Buster (Agnes) Molohon; all of Herb’s family; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A celebration of Laura’s life will held on Thur., July 21 at the Coronation Community Centre with the Reverend Alwin Maben officiating.

Laura’s great niece Jodi Shipton will share loving memories in her tribute.  Following the service, family and friends joined together for a time of sharing memories with a luncheon prepared and served by Wendy Dafoe.
