Instituting law and order

Dear Editor,

I’m having great difficulty understanding identifiable Canadian values.

I’m having difficulty attending social or school functions when the first proclamation is “You are standing on the land of the” Blackfoot, Cree, Algonquin etc. Land apparently not provincial or federal or Canadian land.

I’m perplexed by non-stop National press and social media proclaiming the rights of the Blacks, the Indigenous and other select groups who choose to protest against our Canadian values.

I resent being called a “white racist”

When I watch television, whether it be sports or other entertainment, I watch the athletes, the comics, the singers, the dancers – I don’t see Black!

I don’t pretend to have the answers but any political party in power or in opposition has to make some positive changes in this chaos, whether it be through open discussion or instituting some law and order.

I don’t know if there is a solution in place to stop the constant protests of select groups often backed by “big money or celebrities” but do know that it is destroying the very fabric of our country.
