Hanna preparing for the annual Spring Rummage Sale

Written by ECA Review

Hanna Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and over 200 volunteers spend hours preparing for the annual Spring Rummage Sale. Volunteers show up for days to organize and price out items that fill both the arena and curling rinks including, from the left, Crystal Durand of Hanna, also Michaela Holt of Medicine Hat and Barb Guidolin of Airdrie who have ties to Hanna and look forward to returning each year to help out. According to Gloria Hutton, president of the auxiliary, they have been organizing rummage sales, both spring and fall, for over 80 years. They have 20 members including life time members but are always looking for more to join. ECA Review/J.Webster
