Hanna’s J.C. Charyk Hawks hosted the Cold Lake Crusaders for the provincial football semifinals on Sat. Nov. 16. The Hawks had a major victory scoring 72 to 14 in the six-man game. They had taken an incredible lead in the first half by scoring 40 – 0. Come this Fri. Nov. 22, they will be travelling to Raymond, Alta., south of Lethbridge, to play against the Breton Cougars in the 2019 Alberta Bowl high school provincial championships.
