Each year our 4-H club participates in the public speaking competition.
Members have a choice to do a presentation or a speech on any topic they would like.
Members are split up into three groups depending on their age; junior, intermediate and senior.
Winners from the junior presentations are Andrea Glasier in first, Gabriel Carriere in second, and Jenaya Badry in third.
In junior speeches; Evan Beaudry took first, second went to Thomas Eshpeter and third to Addison Reister.
In intermediate presentations, Rainier Bernard placed first, Anthony Glasier in second and Thaiden Mathews in third.
In intermediate speeches, Kevin Kennedy was first. Second went to Veronica Saboe and third to Noah Toews.
In senior presentations, Dominic Hebert placed first, Dante Hebert was second and third went to Chance Maertz.
Tianna Johnson was first in senior speeches.
All members that placed first and second will be going to districts, which is March 7 at 10 a.m. at the Forestburg School.
Everyone is welcome!
