Normally, you can feel the autumn breeze on your face as you head out the door for your first day of school but this year is different. Students, teachers, administration and parents have all had to sacrifice this little moment before the beginning of another academic year to protect themselves as the COVID-19 Pandemic continues. The UCP government has instructed school divisions to prepare accordingly including the use of masks and social distancing when allowed. Hanna’s J.C.Charyk being a larger school, began with a staggered entry with only half of students physically arriving to class for Day 1.
