Football Food Drive

The Panthers, Cougars and Wildcats football teams, as well as ATCO, the Stettler Regional Fire Department and other volunteers, braved the weather to collect food for the Stettler Food Bank.

Sirens could be heard down the streets as ambulances and fire trucks alerted the masses of the charity event.

Together, approximately 140 volunteers collected or sorted enough non-perishable food items to fully stock the shelves as well as collect $6,000 in cash donations.

The cash donations will be used to buy produce like milk, eggs, and meat.
