Forestburg Fire Department members including Captain Chad Kuefler, left, Chief Kevin Lunty and Firefighter Brian Gartside on the roof, responded to a structure fire on Main Street in Forestburg Sun. May 2 along with the Galahad Fire Department. The teams found, rescued and resuscitated the family’s cat as well as salvaged some important belongings. Unfortunately, there was a lot of damage to the contents of the home. AHS, EMS, RCMP, Flagstaff County Peace Officers, ATCO Power and Phoenix Gas assisted. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Seen here is.
