Enough already! concerning power deregulation. The power suppliers are misleading the public by stating a per-kilowatt hour unit price of a few cents.
Just divide the total bill by the number of kilowatt hours consumed (a figure which is incidentally always a round number, the result of a 10x multiplier on the meter) and you’ll see just how much per kilowatt hour we are paying! An additional corresponding factor is the supplier to contract out the billing to a company that is not even Canadian (a direct affront to us backward hillbillies).
