The Alberta Weekly Newspaper Association (AWNA) annual awards for the year, 2020 held virtually Fri. May 28 was full of showcasing creative expression and inclusion.

The ECA Review placed in the Excellence in Creative Advertising for an ad created by graphic artist, Lisa Myers-Sortland for the Castor Legion titled ‘Walk of Remembrance’. Myers-Sortland is our layout and advertising design guru who has been with the newspaper for over 20 years.
