Drumheller RCMP lay charge for distributing Cannabis

A joint forces investigation involving the AGLC Investigation Team partnered with Drumheller RCMP has led to the charging of a local business owner for unlawfully distributing Cannabis.

Roger Bajzarowicz, a local Drumheller resident and proprietor of Dino Delivery, was charged with Organization Unlawfully Distributing Cannabis under Section 9(1)(d) of the Cannabis Act.

He will be appearing in Drumheller Provincial Court on Dec. 11, 2020.
