Drumheller 4-H District Achievement Day

Junior member Kirby Larsen of the Delia 4-H Beef club tentatively clips his steer in preparation of entering the ring on Mon. June 3 at the annual Drumheller
and District 4-H Show and Sale. For steers, the average price was $3.06 a pound. New to the district this year was the sheep project which had an average price of $5.32 per pound. The highest selling steer from Camryn McDougald of the Delia Beef Club was $4 per pound and the highest selling lamb sold for $6.60 per pound from Owen Guldberg.
