The sale of the Stagecoach Hotel in Delia has been finalized and confirmed at the June 20 Delia regular council meeting.
The village took the property title in January 2021 as a tax forfeiture, but it has now been sold to Benjamin Miskuski.
The offer for the property was for the current appraised value of $76,000. Miskuski is scheduled to take occupancy of the hotel on July 5, 2022.
