There was a great turn out at paint night on Wed., Nov. 30 at the Theresetta School hosted by the Parent Council.  Jamie from Art and Whatnot joined about 60 ladies who enjoyed painting, the nachos and the draw prizes. ECA Review/Submitted

Theresetta teachers have been busy this week preparing for report cards to go out on Dec. 5, with parent-teacher interviews on Tuesday and Wednesday. While the students have been enjoying playing on the big snow pile during recess time.
The Jr. ATB Bank was open again on Thurs. Nov 24.  Our eight employees were kept very busy as we had 25 people to make deposits!
Each month we have a draw for a $25 gift card and November’s lucky winner was Reece Lefebvre.  October was Owen Beaumont.  Our next deposit day will be Thurs. Dec. 15.
Face to Face Ministries visited our school again on Fri. Nov. 25, for a day long retreat with the students with the main message that God is with us in every moment.
The students had so much fun during all the activities and songs. Each age group got a special retreat for themselves and there was also a whole school opening and closing assembly.
The students all left the day with smiles on their faces and talked about how positive their day was.
This week in Kindergarten students have been completing assessments for report cards and learning about dinosaurs. The Kinderkids made some fantastic dinosaur paintings!
Our Social Justice Club has planned a hot lunch for Dec. 8 to help support our parish priest, Father Don, as he is going to Nigeria for his mother’s funeral right after Christmas. The students will plan the meal, help prepare it and will serve it..

On Thur. Dec. 1, our youth minister Tharin again came to visit the kids. This time he came to talk about preparing our house and hearts for advent. The kids enjoyed playing games and listening to his message.
Our Christmas concert practices are well underway! All the students in our school are practicing their different plays and students are working hard to memorizing their lines and practice their dance moves. Please join us on the night of Mon., Dec. 19 !
