Czar Lake Rodeo Committee wins Rodeo of the Year Award with Ponoka Stampede

Seven years ago, four people including Dean Spornitz, Jason Melin, Justin Eldering and Aydon Almberg decided that Czar needed to put on a bull riding event to utilize the little-used rodeo grounds; they had no idea what kind of monster it would become.
