The Bashaw council vote on non-local ice users was incorrectly described in the Sept. 12 edition of the ECA Review. Since the bylaw was introduced at the meeting in question, a unanimous vote to proceed third reading was needed, but the vote was 4 to 1; hence, third reading will return to a future meeting.
Also the wrong person was named in the parade photo, pg.12, Sept. 12 ECA Review. It was Sherri Kercher’s two-year old grandson, Jasper Kercher.
