Contractors finished up the week-long work of putting up scaffolding on Sun. May 16 for doing structural analysis and subsequent replacement work on the Coronation water tower after damage was sustained during recent wind storms.
The town shared that there are no plans to tear the structure down at this time and that a couple of options are in the works to keep it.
All work done is being paid through insurance as the damage sustained fits the insurer’s criteria.
