Thirty-four mixed seniors teams took part in the Coronation Seniors fun tournament on Sun. Aug. 29.
Participants marked down their average score and two-person teams were formed out of the hat.
Championship flight went to the twosome of Darcy Meyer and Conrad Scoville with a score of 37; Claude Zinger twosome, 39 and Bruce Elliott, 41 for third leaving Dave Rock and Ted McKenzie twosomes, both with 43, out of the winner’s circle.
First Flight: The Bill Schmidt and Carol Lundy twosome took first with 36, Don Vincett, second with 38 and Barry Rock with 41 for third. Larry Golby and Ray Lundy twosomes both had 43 and Byungtae An ended up with 45.
2nd Flight – The Ray Milne and Judy Scoville twosome took first with 42; Garfield Meissner and Daryl Lundy tied for second and third at 43. Ted Cook, 45, Dixie McKenzie, 46 and Colm Fitzgerald finished with a 48.
