Jacob Gardner of Fort St. John, B.C. goes flying off of the bull named Dodge Ram Martin. There were no qualified rides this year at the Coronation Pro Rodeo.
Logan Spady catches two heels for a team time of 4.4 seconds in the team roping event with Kolton Schmidt doing the heading. The team tied with Grady Quay and Devin Wigemyr for first place in the rodeo taking home $1152.07 each.
Josh Eirikson of Nanton, Alta. Ropes his calf in a flat 10 seconds.
Cooper Resch of Stettler, Alta. flanks his calf and wraps his time up at 10.2 seconds in the tie-down roping. Kyle Lucas took the top dollar with an 8.0 second.
On Friday, Wainwright cowboy, Ty Miller’s steer gets a head start leaving Miller with a 6.0 time while Scott Guenthner’s 3.8 seconds took first place and a purse worth $1083.58.
Davis Young of Empress, Alta. rides his steer for a score of 78 giving him first place and earning him $218.29 in the junior steer riding event.
