Clive finally lights up as a street light at finally been placed at the entrance to the village from Highway 12, after nine years of lobbying and a lot of determination by Clive’s previous Mayor Anita Gillard and council, “This has been needed for a long time. The access into Clive was difficult to see in the dark, especially in a snowstorm or fog. It was a dangerous situation,” says Gillard. “We are delighted that this project has finally been completed.”
