Break and enter at Freson Bros. Drumheller

Written by ECA Review

No suspects have been identified to date, but there has been a string of break-ins within the eastern area of the Southern Alberta District.

Lately the Drumheller RCMP Detachment have seen a trend of early 2000s F250-F350’s being stolen, and or used in other offences, and so they continue to work with District Analysts on this.

“Mostly what we have seen with the theft of the vehicles, is the Suspect will punch the door lock in, to gain access to the vehicle, then the suspect/s will punch the ignition to get the vehicle to start.

RCMP recommends that owners of this type of make and model era should look into purchasing a steering wheel lock or a security system of some kind.
