Acme School Grade 12 student Brynnleigh Lohner achieved an individual silver medal and team gold medal at the Alberta Youth Championships Feb. 18 – 19. Lohner competes in indoor and outdoor field target archery. Shooting as a junior in the compound equipment category, she was nationally ranked by Archery Canada in 2021 as third outdoor, first indoor and second in field target. Her short-term goal is to attend the Canada Winter games and the youth Pan Am Championships with a long-term goal to be selected for the national team to continue to shoot at world events.
