Ray Abram passed away at the Hanna hospital at the age of 75, on March 22, 2020 with his wife Clara and his daughter Alona by his side.

Ray was born in Wayne, Alta. and raised in the Endiang district most of his life.

In 1970 he married Clara Benson of Calgary, Alta. and within this union, two children were born, Gordon and Alona.

Ray’s life was his kids and his grandkids, first and foremost. 

As everyone knows, he loved his Oilers and enjoyed playing ball. 

Hunting, fishing and tinkering were his passions.

Raymond is survived by his wife Clara; son Gordon (Sarah) Abram; daughter Alona (Bryce) Quaschnick; and grandchildren: Megan and Jenna Abram.

He is also survived by brothers: Brian Abram (Vicki Ballinger), Larry (Diane) Abram; mother-in-law, Maxine Benson; sisters-in-law: Judy (Doug) Reeves, Marge McGuire and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his mother Rose, father Albert, nephew Steven, father-in-law Lloyd Benson, and brother-in-law Keith McGuire.

A private family graveside service was held at the Endiang Cemetery on Sat., March 28, 2020.
