4-H Rank Riders Christmas party and Diary Workshop

The Rank Riders 4-H Club had their Christmas party on Nov. 30, 2018. The party was hosted by the Boxma family.
We roasted hot dogs and played mantracker. The starting for mantracker was fireworks. We had a tree with glow sticks on it. We had to touch the tree without being caught to win the game.
Our club met again at the Galahad Bowling alley on Jan. 11. We had a workshop on our diaries, record books and then had a meeting.
In the meeting we talked about speeches which are on Jan. 31 and 4-H ski night on Feb 8 at the Valley Ski Hill. We had supper and finished off the evening with bowling.
We played Bingo bowling. In Bingo bowling we had to get a certain amount of points to get a square marked off.
We received a $500 grant from Farm Credit on Jan. 25. They came to Forestburg school and gave it to the people in our club that go to the school. We will update you on the speeches and the 4-H ski night in our next news column.
