Dave Till rink including sweepers, Janey Forrest-Till and Anita Hewitt, along with third Ryan Hewitt, lost to the Linda Leuck rink on Friday, Feb. 16 in the third event. CoroView Farms defeated the Leuck rink and went on to win the third event defeating Jim Krautt. Twenty rinks were entered in the Coronation Farmer’s Bonspiel Feb. 12 to 17 with the Ken Heidecker rink taking the first event over the Stan Barnes rink and Ed Plehnert rink defeated the Eldon Stickel rink in the ‘B’ event.
CORRECTION: The ECA Review incorrectly reported that the third event winners were CoroView Farms when, in fact, it was the other way around. The Jim Krautt rink defeated Coro View in the final game.
