Stettler RCMP investigate armed robbery

A liquor store in Stettler, Ab. was robbed on Dec. 14 by a male, brandishing a gun.
Information reveals that at approximately 10:47 p.m. a male walked into the liquor store and after taking some beer to the counter he produced a black handgun.
The suspect made off with cash and the beer.
The cashier was not injured in this incident.
The suspect is described as: caucasian male, little to no facial hair, wearing a grey/dull blue construction coverall with reflective tape on the back and shoulders and a black hood, black gloves and black shoes.
The suspect left in a 4-door red (or pink) sedan, similar to a Honda Accord.  It is believed that there are two other males who were in the car.

Fatal collision

A stolen truck was involved in a fatal collision this morning near Delburne at approximately 11 a.m. on Dec. 19.
A Dodge Ram pickup truck was travelling southbound on Highway 21 at the Delburne entrance when it crossed the centre line and entered the opposite ditch.
The driver of the truck brought the vehicle back onto the road where it entered into on-coming traffic and collided with a northbound S.U.V.
The driver of the S.U.V., a 61- year-old male was taken to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A female passenger in the S.U.V. was also transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The 25-year-old man and 46-year-old man from the Dodge Ram left on foot and were brought back by witnesses to receive medical attention.
They were also taken to hospital for injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.
