Consort RCMP investigate mischief to transformer

Consort RCMP received a complaint regarding the mischief to a transformer station near Consort, Ab. on Feb. 3.
The transformer had $25,000 worth of damage and will need to be replaced.
Consort RCMP are looking for any information regarding the vehicle or suspect(s) that committed the mischief.

Thefts
Two small 12 volt rechargeable batteries and a battery charger were stolen from a Capital Power wind turbine site located northeast of the village of Halkirk between Jan. 12 and Feb. 1.
Coronation RCMP investigate a break and enter to a business and theft of a motor vehicle
Unknown persons stole a truck from the County of Paintearth shop compound located on Highway 12 and Range Road 143 on Jan. 28.
The vehicle exited the gate on the west side of the compound to Range Road 143 and drove north from that location.
Coronation RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance, if anyone witnessed the person(s) driving the vehicle, or any other suspicious vehicles in the area at the time of the offence.
